1994 to present - Specializing in the sale and leasing of all types of commercial real estate, including industrial, office, retail, and involvement in real estate development of various types. Representation assignments in areas throughout the state, including Lynchburg, Roanoke, Charlottesville, Bedford, Appomattox, Danville, Martinsville, South Boston, Keysville, Staunton, Waynesboro, and Lexington.
May 1990 to November 1994 - Assistant to an MAI Real Estate Appraiser. Prepared appraisals on a variety of properties, and assisted in the appraisal of commercial and industrial properties. Gained experience in all property valuation techniques. Also assisted with numerous condemnation appraisals throughout the state of Virginia.
